EXCELLENT Based on 162 reviews Kodie TangJuly 7, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Ben came out to look at my garage door. I backed into it and was scared there was damage. He checked it out to determine it was just cosmetic. I super appreciated the prompt response and honesty. Thank you. Disa Juarez-ValerioJune 17, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. UPDATE: within minutes of posting a 3 star review the company reached out to discuss what had occurred. The message from the manager Sean said he wished I would have contacted them prior to posting and "I will do everything possible to make it right with you to make sure you are feeling good with doing business with us and change that review to 5 stars." A few minutes later I received a call from Ben and to be honest I was on the defense expected to be bullied into changing my review but that wasn't the case at all. He apologized, explained how important customer service is to them and he repeated more than once that he didn't want me to feel pressured into changing my review. He listened to my concerns and was perfectly professional throughout, in the endhe gave me a partial refund and made sure that I was fully satisfied before we hung up. I was very impressed by how he handled this situation, he deserves a raise. Now I don't know about you, but to me, this is the epitome of customer service excellence. Can I now recommend this company? Absolutely! With the caveat that I definitely recommend getting an additional competitor's quote so you will end up with the peace of mind of knowing that you contracted not only great company, but at a great price. (Original review below)....... Disclaimer: I did not get a comparative quote from another company and wished I had. First of all, I will say that service was fast and professional. I just had a few things that left me feeling icky. A new garage door opener with remotes and new sensors was replaced today. I felt the labor fee was on the high end of fair. However, I do not for the life of me understand why a $259 liftmaster opener was marked up to $850. I was told it was because they offer a lifetime guarantee. But only one year of labor. I asked if I could get the garage door without the guarantee and was offered a nice discount on the labor fee in return. Good customer service for sure but still wishing I had gotten a second quote to find out if this is industry standard. Then it came time to pay. They accept venmo, cashapp etc. But charge a 3.5% fee for their credit card. I wasn't prepared for that. I've never been charged a credit card fee by a contractor before and just left me feeling like this company is greedy. SAFETY TIPS
When Do You Need a Garage Door Track Replacement ?
A garage door track guides the door’s movement, keeping it aligned and stable. When the track bends, rusts, or shifts out of place, the door may grind, shake, or stop moving entirely. Misalignment forces rollers to slip out, putting extra strain on cables and openers. If the door tilts to one side or struggles to close fully, the track is likely compromised.
Severe damage, like deep dents or warping, requires a full replacement to prevent repeated breakdowns. Portland’s damp weather accelerates rust, weakening tracks over time. Ignoring track problems can lead to more costly repairs, including cable failures and roller misalignment. Replacing a worn-out track ensures the door moves smoothly and safely.
Regular inspections help catch track wear before it causes major issues. High-quality replacements improve durability, reduce stress on the system, and extend the lifespan of the door. If your garage door track is damaged or misaligned, call now for a professional replacement to restore safe, reliable operation.

Why Choose Us
Garage Door Track Replacement SERVICE
A garage door won’t function correctly if the track is damaged. Even a slight bend can cause the door to grind against the rollers, leading to uneven movement or complete failure. Garage Door Track Replacement Portland is more than just swapping out metal—it’s about precise installation, proper reinforcement, and ensuring the door operates safely under daily use.
We replace standard and heavy-duty tracks, making adjustments to match the door’s weight and cycle demands. Weak brackets lead to track shifts, causing gaps that force the rollers off balance. Tracks that are too thin warp under pressure, shortening their lifespan. Emergency issues arise when cables come loose due to misalignment, leaving the door stuck in place. With reinforced track materials and secure mounting, we prevent repeated failures, keeping the door stable and secure.

FAQ’s
Frequently Ask Questions
A bent or misaligned track makes the door shake, grind, or get stuck mid-cycle. If the rollers pop out, the door tilts, or gaps appear between the track and door, replacement is likely needed. Rust, warping, or deep dents weaken the track over time, putting extra strain on cables and openers. Ignoring these issues can cause the door to stop functioning completely.
Minor misalignment or small bends can sometimes be fixed, but if the track is severely damaged, replacement is the best option. Deep dents, rust buildup, or warping affect how smoothly the door moves. A weak track can cause the door to come off its rails or put unnecessary strain on the opener. High-gauge steel replacements provide better durability and long-term reliability.
Impact from vehicles, improper installation, weak brackets, and worn-out rollers can cause a track to bend or move out of alignment. Over time, rust and moisture weaken the metal, making it more prone to warping. If the door is unbalanced due to a broken spring or cable, the track takes on extra stress, increasing the risk of failure.
A misaligned track forces the opener to work harder, leading to overheating, excessive wear, and eventual failure. The uneven movement puts stress on gears, belts, and the motor. If the rollers don’t glide smoothly, the opener must compensate, which can cause it to burn out faster. Keeping the track properly aligned ensures the opener runs efficiently and lasts longer.
Regular maintenance helps catch early signs of wear. Cleaning the tracks, lubricating rollers, and tightening loose brackets improve performance and longevity. Upgrading to reinforced steel tracks with heavy-duty rollers minimizes the risk of bending. If the door moves unevenly or makes unusual noises, a professional inspection prevents bigger problems down the road, keeping the system running smoothly.
